The answer is becoming more important to companies, brands and individuals every day in understanding the spread of word of mouth. Warren's 15-year career of client and agency work has spanned e-commerce, community, content management solutions, webinars, demand generation, blogging, and rich-media campaigns. He often finds himself at the intersection of marketing and technology because that's where the fun is (and as he found out, where many of the job opportunities reside).
